Quality

Menard Oceania recognises that in order to meet its customers’ needs as the organisation’s goals, it must have competent, able staff who fully achieve specified requirements and meet contractual obligations before seeking customer approval and acceptance.

The Quality Management Systems also enable the company to maintain effective control of the quality of all supplies, provide testing facilities, and perform all reviews and examinations necessary to demonstrate compliance of the supplies with the contract specification requirements.

This is achieved and assured to clients by the required third party audits, conducted regularly to ensure the system’s approach of review and improvement is carried through and reviewed by management.

Menard Oceania geotechnical techniques are applied to contain contaminated ground or ground water flows, bind in-situ contaminants to make these inert, and use passive technologies to treat contaminants naturally flowing through permeable reactive barriers and gates. Not only have we successfully completed a number of such projects, but we are also continuing our research into new innovative ways for site remediation and containment of emerging contaminants.Download policy

Sustainability

Our design services seek to utilise the strength of the existing soils in our optimisation of geotechnical solutions. Our ground improvement techniques have a clear advantage over conventional structural foundation solutions because they minimise your project’s carbon footprint.
Our solutions help clients improve the Green Building Council of Australia’s Green Star rating (or similar sustainability rating schemes) for their projects.

Community Engagement And Social Responsibility

Menard Oceania commits to making a positive impact on the local community and encourage their employees to engage in local community work. We are involved with a number of charities including Redkite and the Oxfam Trailwalker event. We engage with stakeholders to ensure that their ethical, social and environmental concerns and requests are acknowledged and addressed. We actively pursue these principles through our supply chain.
