Menard Oceania recently completed ground reinforcement works for Melrose Dam as part of Tasmanian Irrigation’s Swan Valley Irrigation Scheme.
The Swan Valley Irrigation Scheme is situated in the Tasmanian east coastal region of the Swan River valley. The scheme will consist of a pump station on the Swan River, an underground pipeline network and the proposed Melrose Dam. The dam will deliver 2,000ML per annum to participating irrigators over the future summer seasons.
In November/December 2016 Menard Oceania installed a grout curtain in order to improve the Melrose dam foundations and completed the project with one week ahead of schedule.

Shout out to our crew on site: Stephen, Tony, Curtis, Clive and Tin. Well done guys for making of this project a success.
Last but not least, we have just been awarded another grouting project in Tasmania, on the other side of the island this time! Looks like our team enjoys working in Tassie…!
