13 April 2018 – Menard Managing Director, Philippe Vincent has been made a Fellow of Engineers Australia at the NSW Division lunch today.
The luncheon took place at Sydney’s Parliament House on Macquarie Street where Philippe was formally presented with his Fellows certificate; alongside his peers who were all formally recognised for their outstanding achievements to the Engineering community in Australia.
According to Philippe, being declared Fellow of such a distinguished body such as Engineers Australia is an honour.
He observes that the recognition brings him and Menard closer to the local geotechnical and wider Engineering community; as well as advance a greater level of interaction among clients looking to solve ground improvement, reinforcement and environmental remediation challenges.
Further, Philippe said that Australia’s engineers are among some of the world’s most innovative and talented, adding that Engineers Australia continues to be a major contributor to promoting the Engineering field to the world.

Philippe Vincent has been with Menard Group for 15 years. French born, Philippe moved to Australia in January 2002, working across Menard’s businesses including Menard Bachy and REMEA. He holds a Masters degree in Science from Ecole des Mines d’Ales, and a Master of Civil Engineering from UNSW.
