First CMC container terminal project in NSW completed!

Our team at Menard Oceania just completed another milestone project in Chipping Norton, Sydney for the Realterm Pavement project with Prime Projects (NSW) Pty Limited.

This is the first time that CMCs were used for a container terminal in NSW. Every stage of the project has been focused on quality, safety, and meeting project expectations. CMCs were invented and pioneered by Menard in the 1990s.

They are a proven efficient and safe ground improvement technique for soft soils across many sectors, including industrial, ports, transportation infrastructure, wind farms, tanks and silos, and multi-story buildings and commercial slaps.

Menard introduced CMCs to Australia in 2003 on the Gold Coast and has since completed 2.4M linear meters in total. A big thank-you to our client, partners, and to our Menard crew for their commitment to delivering solid grounds for this project!
