Proud to see the completion of a new local road at Wentworth Point, NSW.
This project is particularly meaningful as it provides a practical and efficient ground improvement solution in challenging soft soil conditions and a constrained environmental setting. It also supports the ongoing development of a key waterfront site at Wentworth Point, including a new four-hectare park and future mixed-use development.
The Menard Solution
Menard contributed to the project by designing and installing Controlled Modulus Columns (CMCs) to help control the risk of differential settlement for the new 7,000 m² development.
