Barangaroo Stage 1

As part of Barangaroo project, which is one of the world’s most ambitious and significant seafront developments in the world, Menard Oceania was awarded the $43.5M Design & Construct of the challenging perimeter wall for the basement. Our mates completed a 13,000m2 basement wall with 500 ground anchors and today Menard Oceania is completing more anchoring works in Barangaroo.

The Menard group develops foundation solutions based on ground improvement and reinforcement technologies. Its treatments eliminate the need for the deep foundations traditionally used to support surface structures.
