Port Botany

Menard Oceania was subcontracted to carry out the Ground Compaction Works for all fill material dredged from Botany Bay, as part of the expansion project of the existing port through reclamation of 60 hectares of land. Several techniques were used by our team: Dynamic Compaction, Marine & Land Vibro Compaction, Dynamic Compaction but also jet grouting and wick drains for ancillary works.

The Menard group develops foundation solutions based on ground improvement and reinforcement technologies. Its treatments eliminate the need for the deep foundations traditionally used to support surface structures.
