Mayfield Barrier Wall Cut-off wall

In 2006, Menard Oceania successfully installed the world’s deepest groundwater barrier wall (50m) in Newcastle. The objective was to reduce the migration of contaminated groundwater to the adjacent Hunter River, as part of the remediation strategy for the site. Our team successfully completed this mission and received the 2007 Engineering Excellence Award for their involvement.

Dynamic replacement

The Menard Group develops foundation solutions based on ground improvement and reinforcement technologies. Its treatments eliminate the need for the deep foundations traditionally used to support surface structures.
